Return Policy:
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason it doesn't meet your needs, we offer a 30-Day refund less original shipping.  Please make sure your item before using it or removing the hangtags, since we do not accept the returns without tags or used. You will pay the cost of shipping for normal and usual returns.  Product(s) must be returned in new and unused condition with the accessories and tag(s) attached for a full refund.  Please note that a copy of your receipt is required.  Diaper Dude is not responsible for products lost or damaged in transit.  We recommend using a shipper, such as UPS or FedEx for tracking purposes.  After receiving the return within the 30 days from the date you received it, we will inspect your return and reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item and sales tax (if applicable). Original shipping cost is not refundable as mentioned above. Please allow up to 15 days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Please call us prior to returning your item(s) for authorization. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number.  Items to be exchanged for another item must be clearly indicated. Exchange orders are subject to standard shipping and processing fees. Returns will only be accepted if the product is in new and unused conditions with original tags attached. No exceptions will be made.

Shipping Policy:
All orders are usually shipped with-in 2-4 business days. We provide shipping via UPS for all physical addresses and United States Postal Service for PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address when available.
When shipping UPS we offer ground (7-10 business days), 3 Day Select* or 2nd Day Air*. *please call us for additional shipping cost for either of these options. (CA residents will most likely receive ground shipments within 3-5 business days.)We are not responsible for UPS or USPS delivering products without signature when required. When provided with an e-mail address, we will e-mail you the tracking number for shipments sent UPS. All order refusals are subject to a $10.00 refusal fee and excludes original shipping and handling fees.

Product Guarantee:
We stand behind our product(s) and will guarantee them for damages other than those caused by misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear of materials over time and use. Shipping cost is made at purchaser's expense.  All returns will be evaluated and repaired or replaced after evaluation at our discretion.
